    Hello, I will be completing my LPN program in April 2013. I have a misdemeanor charge on my record that is 10 years old. Moved in with family members, sent son to a school in that district when I moved my son continued to attend the school and I was charged with theft of services.

    Can you get this expunged???

    If u can try to expunge it before you can apply. The BNE don't want you to report if you have it expunged. The main thing with the bne is to be up front and honest with everything if it is old and provide with explanation they do forgive and take things into consideration.
