Going for reinstatement after voluntary suspension need advice

Hi, a little after nursing for a year I got into a bad situation with another employee and was given the option to take a suspension of a year I am now currently workings on getting my nursing license back and I am about to start taking random drug tests, my question is that I am prescribed pain medication and yes I know this is bad but my mother gave me one of her pain medications instead cause we were out of town and I left mine at home, I just don't want to start my drug testing unless its out of my system so how long does it take to get pain medication out of your urine.
