Domestic violence on background check

Hello everyone, i am having a stress overload! I got offered a job in a nursing home recently. I am only waiting on my background check but am afraid i wont get the job do to having an arrest 3 years ago for domestic battery. My final disposition was No bill because the case was dismissed but i am just terrified that i will not get the job now and its the very first job i got called for. Can anyone please tell me there experience if it is a similar one ??? Thanks Bunches!!!
