Feb 26, '12 by VivaLasViejasYou passed the NCLEX. You won't have to take the test again when you reapply for licensure, but you will have a lot of hoops to jump through and paperwork to do to prove that you've been rehabilitated and are not likely to re-offend. Best of luck to you.
