    What's really the deal with the BON enforcement division? Is it just another ploy to get extra money? And if for some odd reason I'm denied my permanent license can I go back to my original state and start my endorsement process over without any problems? I believe they are checking more into my background d/t me driving without a license 2x's the second time I had 90 days to turn myself in to do a mandatory 48 hours in jail. This wasn't a felony this was stupid traffic issues. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
