Nursing Leadership

I am thinking of transitioning to the administrative part of nursing(clinical coordinator/nurse manager/director). I have been supervising for quite sometime and have been into different aspects in nursing but do love direct patient care, I am anxious about the changing role and having the ambivalent feeling . Can anyone please share his/her experience or piece of advice in such transitions? Thanks a lot!:heartbeat
