Triying to find a job in PA

I'm a nursing student and currently a stay at home mom. I've had a really hard time trying to find a job lately, even though I live in the lehigh valley with many hospital networks. I would really like to get a job with a midwife's office, since that's my career goal. I have medical office experience and I would really like to just work on Saturdays in office and the rest of the time taking after hours calls at home and sending pages. Would anyone happen to know an office hiring?
