    I was called by a recruiter at a hospital because I'd applied to several positions. We talked on the phone for a few minutes and I was invited in to do a "prescreen." Has anyone done one of these? Apparently I will only be meeting with the recruiter. What is this all about?

    i've one of these over the phone. just treat it like you would for a normal interview. be prepared and confident. smile. you'll do fine

    Probably just a normal interview with the HR recruiter and if they like you, you'll meet with the unit manager and who knows who.
