Good or bad impression? Question for hiring managers

  1. 0 If you had a job candidate that was not selected for a job; but, they really wanted to work for an organization and asked how they could improve, re-applied for the next job (like they originally wanted) at the organization, etc. Would you get a good impression or be turned off (thinking they were obnoxious)?
  2. Poll: What impression would you get from the candidate in the above scenario?
