ER nurse moved to La Jolla

  1. 0 So a bit of a story, here we go. I have been ER nursing since 2009 and travel (er) since 2011. I am getting really burned out in ER. I want a job that challenges me. I would like to try hospice, oncology, and ICU. So yes I do have critical care experience but how do I get my foot in the door? Most ICUs want experience. I am more than ready to learn new nursing knowledge. I do live in La Jolla and am looking to work part time only. I am continuing my education as well.
With oncology are there courses I can take?
