    I am a new grad (May 2012). I have been working in a rehab unit in a LTC facility. I just applied to a PCICU position. It is a total 180, but I have wanted to work peds, but the opportunity hasn't come up. How can I "sell" myself for this position???? It is not a new grad position, but "no experience needed" entry level.
