Best Emergency Nurse Job?

If you could apply to work in an ER in the U.S., where would you go? If you want a decent, busy work environment with accessibility...meaning not in the middle of nowhere, you want to continue your education without driving 2-4 hours just to get a certificate. Anyone working ER & satisfied with the workplace/environment? I'm in Canada & there's nothing. Had to take casual in another specialty just to get some shifts. Always wanted more education. Can't afford it on casual or part-time. I'd be happy to hear if you've got a good workplace & they're hiring. Recruiters keep trying to place me in the middle of nowhere-desert outposts, hospitals with bad reputations where all the nurses in the department up & quit. Would like some good news for a change!
