I just read this whole thread and I had mixed emotions just like everyone else. You're an angel sent from above to care for these kids in need of real love. May God Bless you and your 5 kids!!

Hello everyone, thought I should give everyone who has followed this thread a wonderful update. As of November 23 I am officially her Mother. The adoption went smoothly. We couldn't possibly be happier., I feel like the most blessed person in the world. She has adapted wonderfully. She is an absolute treasure. Of course she will continue with therapy for a long time, but she is such a strong little trooper. She is my hero. It has been almost a year since I became her foster mother hard to believe how far she has come in such a short time. Thanks to all who have offered their support through so much of our journey. Have a wonderful holiday season and new year.
