I got a call back from HR on a position I applied to for the maternity unit of a hospital. I am looking forward to the interview, but HR said I need to take a nurse career battery test . She said it was a behavioral test and if I failed than I may not be asked to interview. Any one know what they are looking for on this test or any tips?
Couldn't this be discriminatory and not inclusive of all candidates? Just wondering what hospitals are trying to achieve in using this
