Meeting with Nurse Director

Hello!

I have a meeting with a Nurse Director at a local hospital to get advice from her about the current nursing situation. I'm a new grad and haven't even gotten an interview yet for any positions. So far I want to ask her about my Resume, any tips she has about how to make me stand out, what extracurricular activities she would suggest or ways to keep my skills up to date- is there anything I'm missing? I definitely want to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity she is giving for me to pick her brain. Anything any of you would suggest?
