IV nurse interview 5 year plan help!

Hey there! I have an interview coming up to be on the iv team at a new hospital. I am a pretty new grad with about 6 months experience. The last place I was employed to do my new grad training was not a good fit for me and I was let go (unit was new, management inexperienced and new, new grad (me), lateral violence, etc). I really want to try to make a new start and landed an interview to be on an IV team. It's not ideal, but willing to try almost anything to get back in the game.

For this interview I have carefully prepared my answers to potential questions, but didn't really know what to say when they ask about my 5 year plan in an interview. For critical care nursing or mother baby or any other floor/unit specialty, it's easy for me to pick goals in line with that path, but I'm a little stumped when it comes to IV team. I have googled as well and cannot find much information. I would greatly appreciate the help, especially from IV team nurses!!
