Interview Thursday.. Example Questions and how to prepare?

I have an interview at the end of this week for a position as an RN on the organ transplant unit.. It's my first interview for a registered nurse position (I work as a student tech on a different unit). Can anyone give me ideas as to some of the questions they might ask and how I should prepare for this interview? Thanks so much! I appreciate it!
