    Anyone have any advise regarding and operating room interview? What might an operating room nurse manager be concered with?

    For example when I had the interview for my current telemetry position I talked about my understanding of HCAPS and patient satisfaction surveys. I could see it in her eyes, when I mentioned that, that I had the job. So what is an OR manager really concerned about, beyond what all employers are concerned with.
