I have been working here for about two months, but they have all sorts of issues and isn't the bat place to be. Now I have an interview for an er hospital at a large hospital with over thirty beds. Don't have much experience....any advice on what to expect or anticipate for the interview ?

sometimes places like newer people, so they can train them exactly how they want them to work. esp in a big busy hosp-i have seen this many times.
