    I'm sick and I have an interview for psych/adolescent. Nervous because I sound nasally so I'm afraid I'm going to scare the interviewer. Thought may be I should bring some hand sanitizer and offer to share it. Plus a little nervous about the actual interview. Would love some advice.

    If it were me, I would telephone the interviewer in advance, explain the situation, and ask what s/he would prefer -- to go ahead with the interview as planned, or reschedule.
