For your next interview, I would suggest reading: http://allnurses.com/nursing-intervi...st-748905.html ("How To Answer the Most Common Interview Questions" on the Interview forum of the Careers section). There are three articles with several questions that you may run into. I absolutely despise interviews...but looking over these questions and preparing a general answer really helped me in my interview.

You need to be
-confident, go in like you know the person you're talking to
-smile smile smile, say thank you, please
-google the top questions most interviewers ask and copy and paste them, then write your answer under them, you can even google the correct answers.
-try to guess anything that you think they might ask and prepare for it.
