Help! How to get an interview with Humana!

Hello!

I have applied to several "Health Care Manager" positions with Humana. However, I am unable to secure an interview. I have been a Critical Care RN for four years, and I have management experience (outside of nursing). I am wondering if anyone has any information on what qualifications Humana is looking for in regards to a virtual "Health Care Manager" position. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I to, applied to Humana several times. I probably applied to every WAH position in my area for at least a year. Keep trying!! I got a telephone interview several months ago, and was asked to interview face-to-face via webcam. I had a great job at the time, and I thought the process was too much trouble and I didn't log in for my interview. Two weeks ago, I got another phone interview and after that, they scheduled me for another face to face. This time, I did it, and the interview went great! I got an offer 2 hours later! Don't give up! It's worth the wait!
