First interview as a new grad

Hello,

I am working on getting an interview for a new grad program at a hospital in NC. They offer a 16 week training course to new grad RN's. I am shooting to get a position in their program for the emergency dept. Do you guys have any tips suggestions? This is my first real interview ever (not sure how that happened at 34). Any tips or advice would be really appreciated.
