    I have submitted my application and at this time it is under review. If I get accepted I will be starting the program Spring '13. I am curious to know if anyone on this site has went through the program at this institution. If so, how should I prepare myself? I am nervous because I will be a distant learner and the program in it's entirety will be online for me. Any info that you may have regarding this program will be beneficial. Thanks in advance.

    There's an article in Advance for Nurses, entitled, "How do I get started in nursing informatics?" by Angela Lewis, BSN, RN-BC, CPHIMS.

    It has information on how to prepare yourself for NI.
