Software for personal use to track pts

I was wondering if you all knew of a system or software that I can use on my own personal computer to track my visits (home health nurse), appointments, schedule times, mileage, etc. I have searched the web over and this site as well. I just can't find that special one. I don't have the money curently to spend on this software so i'm looking for a free download. I have my own paper system but would like to be able to hve it at my fingertips. any advice is useful. thanks
