i have been traveling non-stop for the past 30 days to the point where last week i did not even unpack but instead dropped the suitcase (came from the ct zone) i walked in my house with on tuesday night at 7pm pt and picked up a pre-packed suitcase to fly back out with on wed at 0400 pt (9 hours at home) to travel to the est zone!

my body no longer knows what time zone it is in but i wanted to thank all of you who contribute posts to this forum and i especially want to thank those who are "frequent flyers" to this forum and contribute their knowledge and advice!!!

i'm sure i am missing some names but many thanks to all and to:
