First Meaningful Use Definition Approved

As of Thursday, we have our first official approval of a "Meaningful Use" definition. The ONC Policy Committee has approved recommnedations from the Meaningful Use workgroup. Next it goes to the National Coordinator (David Blumenthal) and then off to CMS for actual rules.

While there are still opportunities for changes, we have probably reached a point were we can attempt to use this definition of "meaningful use" in our planning.
