I did only a cursory review of the article for now. The main point that I gleaned from it is that you've got to have checks and balances with computerized systems. You cannot put all your faith and trust that the systems are going to be 100% accurate 100% of the time. That's evidenced by the computerized errors experienced in different facilities that were found by people and cleaned up by people. These systems for the most part serve a good purpose, but they need to be closely monitored by trained eyes as with any other all-encompassing system. Take the health care system, for instance.
