I was just wondering if any one has received a response from SLMC GC about the schedule of PGNT1 for batch 2? I already have submitted my requirements and I have paid the initial training fee just recently but I haven't received any text message yet about the schedule of the training. I am just a bit worried because I received a call from a number I don't recognize on Friday about 5:30 AM and I wasn't able to answer it. SLMC told me that the training will probably start last Friday but then again I haven't received any text message from them. I hope the number is not theirs and that the training will start soon. :|

guys, whats the assurance of being hired after the PGNT? are they basing it from the performance or as long as you have successfully completed the program, you will be automatically in line up for being hired as a staff nurse?

There is an assurance, after you "pass" the training program. There are cut-off grades in each phases.

hi kayern! r u done with phase 3?

Hello can someone please provide me the necessary requirements in applying at St. lukes eg. what is the required board rating? do they accept applicants that does not have any clinical experience but does a voluntary work in a government hospital? Thanks in advance!

All your questions are answered on the previous posts. Happy backreading!

Good Day kayern07.

So you mean that after 'passing' the program, they will consider you to be their staff nurse then proceed to the next level or just for manpooling? is there someone in the previous batch that are already working as a nurse? or there still a lot on the shortlist waiting for their turn?

For my own opinion, its kinda frustrating even after you trained, paid all the program, spent money everyday, and passed, after all, theres no assurance for you to be hired...

thank you everyone! all my respect for those in the PGNT! i salute you!:)
