hi. i would just like to ask if QC Gen. is accepting nurses for training or volunteer work. i'm from quezon city. i just finished my training in quirino memorial medical center last july, and i'm still waiting for their call because i enrolled in their special area training. i havent recieved a call from them yet. i would like to find a substitute hospital near my place, so that it'll be convenient for me. thanks and God bless to you. I think by december qcgh will start accepting applicants for training.. our training is until february..

how much did you pay for your training?

was it worth paying for it, i mean you are really hands on with the patients?

QCGC accepts applicants for training at the 1-2nd week this november 2011. We'll be applying there This Nov. 8th.

Will they be accepting claim stub if I don't have my license yet? Thanks :)

that's my question too, i have only a claim stub for my PRC ID since I registered in Cagayan de Oro, where I studied and took my NLE.. Unlike here in Metro Manila, Professional I.D's there are normally released 4 months after the registration so I'll only be claiming it this january.

--- I actually went there myself. They gave me a list of the requirements and asked me to come back by the 1st and second week of November to pass the following.

1.Resume/Biodate with PASSPORTSIZE PICTURE

2.Photocopy of the following:

- College Diploma

- College TOR

- PRC license I.D

- Board Rating and Board Placer

- Certificate of Good Moral

- Submit the ff to QCGH training office on A PLASTIC FOLDER

Thanks karenpotter, this list of requirements is helpful. But then, will they not accept claim stub? it really needs to be the prc license?

Like you, I have no PRC ID yet, but still i'll photocopy my claim stub .. :) I guess they won't doubt us as still unregistered nurses coz we have our certificate of board passer to backup the missing document. And the claim stub was signed by a PRC officer..
