I applied different hospital in Manila but still no respond to the employer or hr. What a hell?

My dear colleagues, I think it's not the need for "padrinos" that's making the situation so hard.
Simply put, there's just too many, way too much nurses in the Philippines right now. There are how many new RN's every 6 months? At least 20K nationwide. So be logical.
Now even if every jobless RN has a "padrino" to be accepted for permanent employment in every hospital, from primary to tertiary, government or private, it just won't make sense. Every unemployed RN from the most recent NLE up to the last 5 years won't fit in each and every hospital in the country. The reality is, there's an oversupply of nurses, but not enough hospitals.
Don't blame yourselves for not knowing anyone from the healthcare institutions to be your padrino.
Yes the "padrino" system is a reality, but it's not the sole culprit of the current situation that nursing in the Philippines is now on.
