I was just wondering if any one has received a response from SLMC GC about the schedule of PGNT1 for batch 2? I already have submitted my requirements and I have paid the initial training fee just recently but I haven't received any text message yet about the schedule of the training. I am just a bit worried because I received a call from a number I don't recognize on Friday about 5:30 AM and I wasn't able to answer it. SLMC told me that the training will probably start last Friday but then again I haven't received any text message from them. I hope the number is not theirs and that the training will start soon. :|

ISF starts tomorrow, let's go PGNT Batch 4! Thank you Lord for all the blessings. Good luck to all succeeding PGNT applicants/trainees. I remember 6 months ago I was just browsing through this website and asking questions like what you guys are doing now, and now that I'm almost part of the SLMC-GC family after passing Phase 3, I feel so blessed and happy. Thanks a lot to this website and to all our colleagues who are always checking on this site to help others and answer queries. Happy Holdiays & God Bless everyone! :)

Congratulations desperateRN

The feeling is ecstatic the moment you were told that you'll soon be a part of an institution you've always wanted to be a part of. Much more when you haven't really given much thought of being a part of one of the best. Again, best of luck and congratulations! The best holiday gift, agree?

By all means, please come back here time to time to give back to those who were once just like you. God bless.

ISF - Induction to St. Luke's Family, if I'm not mistaken. It's only 3 months for the 3 phases. You misunderstood what he/she said.

Congratulations, Batch 4! We will be waiting for you! ISF and NSET are my happiest days in SLMC. LOL. Good luck and welcome to the family! :)

Hi, I mentioned 6 months because it was 6 months ago when I started browsing this site and weeks after that I decided to submit my resume and so on.. The PGNT program perse runs for 3 months only.. ISF is "Introduction to St. Luke's Family" which is I believe a seminar/training conducted by HR to newly hired staff.. After ISF we'll be having the NSET then after that we'll be deployed to our specific areas of assignment already.. If you have any more questions don't ever hesitate to ask coz we'll be here to help as much as we could :)

If you can, go directly to Manpower & Staffing Office Basement 1 to personally sumbit your application to an HR personnel.. Batch 5 has already started with their training so you'd most probably be included in Batch 6 if ever.. Good Luck & God Bless!

NSET I believe is "Nursing Skills Enhancement Training", I'm not sure though if "no one" fails in NSET anymore, coz I believe there are still exams during this phase and as always they will still be observing our behavior and attitude all throughout.. Wow, so you're part of Batch 6, congrats! Make sure to do your best during your PGNT! God bless & good luck colleague! Welcome to St. Luke's Medical Center! :)
