I am from the United States and I was wondering if there are any Pre-Nursing Programs in the Philippines or a school that would let me choose the classes that I would like to take in order to fulfill the Pre-Nursing classes.
Seriously, kabayan? Have you read any of the issues any recent PH grads and nurses are having with getting their education not pass several key States with issues from concurrency, lack of clnical hours, lack of certain courses etc...Yes, I know you're just starting out with a pre-nursing, but what are the very best chances that taking any pre-req's in the Phils will be successfully accepted into a State's college, it's a hugh gamble on your time and money.
If you can find the USA college of your choice that will gladly accept the PH pre-req's with 100% approval for now and near future, go for it, get in writing from the US side or something clearly stated in their admissions. Otherwise, figure out how to get your desires done in the States and save yourself future heartaches and major disappointments. Any monies saved going to the PH may end costing more coming back into the States as in having re-take the exact same courses you took in the PH.
I suggest you do some heavy reading in the World Section under the Nurse Registration tab.....see for yourself.
