Military nursing

i was offered a job as a military nurse. but before that i have to survive the rigorous 8 month training!

so what do you think? should i pursue it? during the 8 month long training we are not allowed to leave the camp's premises or even allowed to have contact with the outside world no cellphones no internet. I really want to take advantage of the opportunity but, 8 months without contact with your friends and family? i think its hard. as of the moment i'm still pondering, should i take it or let it go? please give me your insights. thanks

hello mrniceguy181 oh? my friend pass her requirements last week or last last week im not sure, then she took her exam july18, maybe because she had a uncle ("tito") there, you know... backer system.

Yeah..bad for those who dont have connections working under the military..like me! :( its kinda unfair to our side.

But im keeping my hopes up. Ill still pass my reqs to their office coz i really want to be a military nurse. i dream of becoming a flight nurse under PAF. =)

Btw, do u have any idea that the lateral entry to enter the nurse corps still applies? I also plan,under desperate measures, to join PAF's officer program. I wish they could put nurses who are officers under them to work related to their profession.

Thanks =)
