i did not.
does the hr send text to those who didn't pass the interview. It has been a month since i was interviewed it seems like i that didn't pass.

I think it's better to call the HR to get an update regarding your application status. Just tell them it's been a month since you were interviewed. Btw what did they tell you after your interview?

hello PHLnurse. You seem really updated what's happening inside MMC, so just update us. Any idea when is the Panel interview? I already finished my PE a month ago at MMC and my skills training here at QC will be finished next week and still not sure when they will be hiring us. Hope I won't be a bum for too long. BTW how long do you think it will take us to wait for the CETN given that we passed the interview. Do you think it will start on November?Because I was planning to apply as a call center agent if it will take a month long.ANW Godbless to us! :)

From what I know, it may be either January or February for the 1st batch since they say that this upcoming batch will undergo training during their probationary period and they dont hire during November and December. Another is that there are still previous CETNs that have not been hired yet and one batch will just be finishing theirs this October but this is just my speculations

May I add, what do you mean "training during probee period?"

From what I heard, the next batch will be a direct hire meaning they will not pay anything. Their training will be coinciding with their probationary period already but they will be more strict in who they will be retaining to be a regular staff after the probee period of around 6 months.

I'm an applicant like most people here but I happen to have a relative working there so I get additional info :) From what I know, there are still applicants undergoing physical exam. After everyone has been done with that, that's when they will start the panel interview. I, myself, am not done with my PE due to some super minor health issues. As far as I know, we won't be staff nurses immediately. There will be 1-2 months training (CETN) so probably, as what someone has commented in the latter thread, January-February might be the start of our job as real staff nurses :) Hmm, HOPEFULLY training would start late October or November. I will post it here once I get an inside scoop hahahaha. God bless! :D

True. Previous batch of CETN has not been hired yet. But compared to the latest batch, the previous batch applied for CETN for mere training. Meaning, they were advised beforehand and they know that THERE IS NO ASSURANCE THAT EVERYONE WHO COMPLETED THE CETN WILL BE A STAFF AFTER THEIR TRAINING. They will still be evaluated, some may be absorbed. The latest batch applied for DIRECT HIRING meaning after CETN, they will directly hired or absorbed by MMC.
