hi..im an RTRMS-Makati Medical Center graduate last April 2009.just passed my board exam this june.

When we finished all the requirements MMC would like us to pass, we immediately tried to ask for the "possible" hiring dates of MMC at the training dept near psychiatric unit underground...when we talked to the secretary this is how she replied" freeze hiring any, resume accepted in." then we asked " RTR graduate?" ..but when we had our thanksgiving mass for the board passers we were surprised by our batch coordinator that the MMC sent a message to RTRMS of the list of requirements and the dates when will we pass it.

we went to traing service at 9th floor and they accepted our resumes and let us fill out a form asking what are the areas we would like to be in. and different personal questions. then they told us that our interview will be on the last week of august.so im still hoping for their text.

Their program for CETN are not yet open.i guess.

I trained ( had my student duties)at makati med for 2.5 years and i know every CETN as staff nurse.and i know someone that are not from RTR, staff nurse because of her resume . take note. CETN.she did not pay any. and they opened a program for TOPnotchers and those who are RTR grad.just apply.

Its Remedios T. Romualdez Memorial School - Makati Medical Center College of Nursing.

The only college of nursing affiliated with MMC.

As what posted before, MMC graduates are still prioritize in hiring RN. Despite this, outsiders should not lose hope to get hired in any other facilities such as Makati Medical Center.

There are also times that outsiders are being hired directly like our new probationary nurses deployed last month and new nurses that will start tomorrow.

Do the hospital only consider those applicants with high board rating?

its an edge but not only those with high boardr rating. They review different credentials.

hello! ms lenjoy03, I have been reading this thread for awhile. I'm really interested in working at MMC. Just want to know if the only way to get hired is to join the CETN program or one could also pass his/her application directly for a staff nurse position? And may I know if they are currently accepting applicants for CETN or staff nurse? Thank you ms lenjoy03.

What will be the exact application process for the CENT program? Im really eager and interested to apply. Thanks much!
