same dilemma. but urgh... I don't want nor need to attend the refresher course anymore. >_< But I need the IVT card for the HD training. Hopefully they will just allow us to attend the 24 units IVT updates and not the whole 3 days seminar. And it's a bit hard to find hospitals with IVT updates either here in Manila hospitals.
