hi...Nurse_PUKYAW, when did you pass your credentials in CMC? How long did you wait for their call? I'm planning to submit my requirements this week. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

ive passed my CREDENTIAL august of 2008 it was a long wait :uhoh3:

they did not even bother to call me up or anything, what i did i call them up rather thrice last year. There's tons of tons of application so you really need to wait. And one more thing the batch 2009 trainees is not yet deployed i think they prioritized on them. Goodluck :clown:

Does anybody know if CMC have age limit on their nurse applicants?

Philippine Tax Registration is our cedula...

Is CMC still hiring and do they offer volunteer work?

Specializes in Surgery.

CMC doesn't accept volunteers. You just go to the Personnel Department, hand in your papers, and wait for the call. There are tons of applicants though, so it is going to take a while. I think it's the way with a lot of hospitals nowadays.

Anyway, they just finished the 36th (I think?) batch of skills training for nurses. So if you're waiting for their call, it may be after a few months. I can't remember how often they do the training, but I think they do it 3 or 4 times a year.

Specializes in Hemodialysis.
Philippine Tax Registration is our cedula...

Cedula is different from Professional Tax. Professional Tax Receipt or PTR is basically a fee professionals pay at the start of the year. While cedula can be paid even in our barangays, the PTR can only be paid in your local city hall. Nurses should start paying their Professional Tax once they receive their license. If you fail to pay on the previous years, they'll charge you a penalty.
