This is the last batch with the same set of requirements? What would be an additional requirement for the next batch who will be taking in Novemeber?

Hi bubbles! In what PRC branch did you go to grab a hold of the Record of Midwifery Form? (Quiapo or Morayta). What specific place in that PRC branch did you request for that form? Thanks in advance for replying.

gambutrol: i still have to ask my dean about that. i didn't bother to ask her last time. i'd try talking to her.

robocop: the school actually has a set of those forms already. i'd still be having a peek at it since i'd be finalizing my delivieries by next week. just try going to the information booth in prc. i'm from a province here in the visayas.

deadline for filing is still on april 7.

Now that I'm a nurse-midwife I am thinking that it should be somewhat regulated already to ensure the quality of nurse-midwives.
