Hi everyone! I'm planning to apply in SLMC-e.rod, though I heard that they will start the hiring process this coming September.. Do you have any idea on how many exams and interviews you will undergo before they will accept you for the training? Let me share with you the requirements needed: resume, photocopy of PRC license, board rating, board rating certificate, class ranking, GWA, TOR, diploma, and 2 pcs. 2x2 pics (white background)..

Your replies would be greatly appreciated..

Godbless! :wink2:

Hi everyone. I wanna know if there are already who proceeded tyo NSET after PGNT at SLMC-QC?

Final screening hasn't started yet. And I am actually passing my credentials in different hospitals to keep all options open :)

Next batch of trainees will commence early next year. So expect them to start calling applicants by January 2013.

Is this training only or is there a 100% chance of being hired right after? Thank you so much arbie101 :)

hello..just wanna ask something..i went at the nursing division of slmc last week and there was a post in the door saying that it is for post grad training only as there is no vacancy for staff nurse position and also the requirements were posted as well..i went to the 5th floor of anex 2 to drop my requirements in the pigeon box..but on the pigeon box it says "for staff nurse applicants" and requirements are listed as well..its the same requirements as the one posted in the nsg office but birth certificate is added to the list..so im just confused if birth cert is really needed cause i didnt include my birth cert..and another thing is it okay that i placed my requirements inside a brown envelope instead of a folder and clear envelope as stated in the nsg office? hehe im just worried that they might not process my application =) thanks!

I think the one posted just outside the dropbox is the complete set of requirements. I, too, passed my requirements in the brown envelope because I didn't see any statement that it has to be in a folder haha. I don't think they will mind :)

I received a text to undergo exam and interview for ER staff nurse position. I went there and passed the exam and interview last September 26. I was told by the HR to wait for a text for the panel interview. After that, they said that I will undergo a medical exam and a 3 month training. If I pass the training and gets recommended, I will be hired. I am just confused if what training I will undergo, is it the PGNT with fees or the NSET? because I have read in other comments that the last batch of NSET was already conducted in March. can anyone please enlighten me? I will not proceed with my application if it is PGNT. thank you so much
