    Hmm, I think St Luke's won't be calling any applicants anymore, well I'm a graduate of a very respected school with GWA above 1.7 and board rating above 80. I also have about less than a year experienced in a government hospital, they haven't called me yet. Well, I just passed my credentials 2 weeks ago, maybe they already have filled the slots for nurses. Still, I'm hoping that they'll call me **fingers crossed**

    Hi! Still no SMS from DCA regarding start of NSET Hope Batch 2012-03.. Learned that the previous batch will end their lecture on the 23rd..

    hello nurses!!! its so nice to read this thread knowing that all of us nurses need infos in the hiring process of SLMC.. so was I.. anyway I just want to ask if what is ancillary nursing is all about.. coz i took the exam yesterday at SLMC qc and passed it (thank u lord!).. is there a possibility that the exam is also for staff nurse position?? i am really confused coz ive undergone the training at wcc and waiting if i will a nurse floater soon.. what should I prefer first?? hoping for ur responses thank u very much!

    Congratulations! I think ancillary nursing is like being assigned in the departments or [in case of SLMC] centers and institutes. It includes the emergency dept., wellness section, digestive and liver inst., cancer inst., dermatology center, etc. I think it is more on like a clinic nurse rather than the bed side nurse.

    As for your concerns in WCC, IMO unless you are called by the management and they confirm your position there, then that's the time to refuse other opportunities.

    Anyway, can you also share your application process in SLMC? I am really interested with your story coz I passed my application March 1 and until now I have not been invite for anything.

    When did you apply in SLMC and did you specifically apply for that position?
    Do you have an 80+ board rating and higher than 2.0 GWA?

    May I also ask about the same things in WCC plus how long is the application process [I mean the time from your application to the actual start of the training] and how long did you train there? Hoping for your response as well. Thank you!
