RPN from Ontario in Quebec

Hello - I am having trouble dealing with the OIIQ and figuring out whether or not I should be instead involved with the OIIAQ. Anyone know?? The OIIQ says that I should be applying to them, however, they also seem confused when I tell them I am an RPN/LPN. What is the OIIAQ, do I need to be dealing with them?

If anyone is able to give advice it would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance.
