I'm a current rpn student in Ontario, just couple months left untill graduation.
Due to family reasons, I'm in th situation that I must relocate to British Columbia after graduation/the licensing exam. I'm not sure if it's possible to register as an out-of-province new grad to a different province after passing the licensing exam?
If possible, what sorts of process for how long do I go through?
When you are ready, apply to register as a LPN through the College of Licensed Practical Nurses (CLPNBC) using the application type 'Nurse from another Canadian province or territory'
What I understand is that I must be registered at the province that I got my education before I move on to applying to register at a different province?
Yes, you will need to register in the province where you went to school before you can register in another province.
