Anybody who will be taking the CRNE on October 5, 2011, please post your comments and suggestions here like making a study group, sharing notes, meeting at the library or anything that will help the examinees pass the examination. Thanks!

Hi to all,

I will be taking the CRNE this October. Been reviewing since June, using Mosby's, CNA prep guide, Lipincotts.

Goodluck to all of us!

See you tomorrow at Toronto Reference Library for the start of this rigid review! If you have some practice questions from any review center maybe we can share with my questions from other review center. This is what we called teamwork. I'll be in the third floor, see you there.

Can any one help me out by providing the details of crne coaching in ottawa. Iam appearing in octobar 2011 and iam very much tensed as the date is coming closer.

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if there's any one out there who would be interested in group studies, coz I have a friend who'll be writing this October and is looking for a study partner/group. I already passed the CRNE in Feb, so this is not for myself.

This is her last time and she would really want to study with someone that has written before so they can share their past experiences. My friend lives in Scarborough.

Please let me know,

Thanks

1 month to go!! Good luck future nurses... I'll be sitting Feb 2012 CRNE... :)

Hello, I don't mind meeting up with your friend, I also took the exam before, I live in mississauga but I can meet up halfway..Since I can't private message you, does she have an email?

If you're interested in a group study for October 2011 exam, email me [email protected].

Those tips were so helpful. I'm an IEN as well and I find those questions way too different from NCLEX and our local nursing exams. I'm aware that there is no specific range of passing mark for the CRNE's but what would be the best percentage to attain for us to pass the CRNE? I'm nervous right now but I do believe that everyone here will make it. We all deserve to pass! Good luck to all of us.

Just get 60% or a score of 120. Focus yourself with at least 150 questions. Some have the idea of time management by taking the Independent questions first nos. 101 - 200 which are easier and not time consuming, then followed by Case studies questions nos. 1-100 as these questions are difficult and time consuming to answer. But that depends on how comfortable are you, still good preparation is the key. Attending review courses is an option if you have money, but choosing one is to choose 10 days which cost $750-950 than 2 days for $350, as they teacher will guide and monitor your progress in your practice and mock exams. But if you have the practice exam resources shared by your classmates who had taken the review, why go for review, it`s just a repitition of what you have. But I know intense preparation for something on any situation (time management, resources, focus etc.) can yield positive results. So for those who will be taking the exam this coming October 2011, I wish you all Good luck!

Here's a sincere recommendation: Read everything that has already been written about the CRNE on this site and you'll know just about everything you possibly could want to know, other than the exact questions that will appear on your exam. This subject has been done to death already.

actually i am looking for hents to answer, as i am not canadian and you are, for example in Canada, the patient has the right to refuse the treatment or do anything he/she wants despite the fact of his health compramising which something we dont have it here. so as those hints i want......

thank you anyway. please if any body has anything to email me at [email protected]
