- Mar 7 by swimmerRNBased on the small amount of info given: TAKE IT! Sounds like a good start to a MH career. But, you need to give more info. Why are you hesitating?
- Mar 7 by loriangel14Oh I would definitely go for the CAMH job if you want to persue mental health. it is an awesome facility and it sounds like a great opportunity.

- Mar 7 by nerdynursemeDefinitely going to choose CAMH! Once you have experience in CAMH, it opens more opportunities for you in MH in other acute hospitals. MH nurses nowadays are in demand. And CAMH is really a great experience and also pays good (i heard). Also, if they have future job post, you can always reapply and you'll get more chance of getting hired since you already worked for them. LTC jobs will always be there no matter what, and it's so easy to get into LTC so don't worry about it that much.

- Mar 7 by RiRi03Congratulations on the job offer. Definitely go ahead with CAMH. Apply for internal positions once you are able to do so. I would also see if there are any casual positions available at your current LTC facility so that you will have something just in case.

- Mar 11 by macnursingI have a few friends who were at CAMH and liked it. You can apply for job postings while you are there, and for the most part you will likely be kept on a casual basis until one of those positions open up.
