ADN jobs

  1. Hi all I'm an internationally educated RN who will be migrating to Canada.Since my qualifications are not caparable with Canada are there any jobs I can apply for using my ADN until I have enough money to do a bridging program?Thanks

    About the only jobs in health care that you could legally do are unregulated ones like health care aid/personal service worker. Those jobs don't pay particularly well. I'm guessing you have some sort of immigration plan already in place, because you'd never get a work permit for this type of job without some other arrangement.

    Ok didn't know that so thanks for the info.Will have to look at alternative options

    Get an immigration plan in place first because you can't wok unless you have a visa and for healthcare workers they don't sponsor visas anymore. Plus in some provinces they don't elt non-pr (permanent residence-known as green card in the states) take bridging programs
