Acceptances to Ontario Programs for Sept 2011?

Hey guys!

I'm in my final year of high school, and i've applied to Ryerson, Humber, George Brown, Centennial and Mohawk for Nursing, starting in September 2011

I know its early, but i was wondering if anyone else has gotten acceptances to anyy Ontario nursing program yet?

Many friends have gotten acceptances to Ryerson already, none of them nursing, but i'm starting to get worried!

Let me know! Thanks!

yeah for sure a campus tour will be very helpful lol I wonder when we'll get our timetables and such. If they're pre-made or if we have a choice from times we can pick.

I think timetables should be out in August but I'm not sure how much say we have in terms of choosing classes. We'll have to wait and see. Do you know where the clinical placements will be

Im not sure, anywhere they put us will be good experience :)

I'm still waiting for Seneca to send me my acceptance package. I accepted the offer of admissions on ontario colleges already . How long did you have to wait for yours? Did it say anything about where and when we need to get our uniforms?? Thanks

Just got on the waiting list for Ryerson main site and GBC @ Ryerson. Centennial @ Ryerson is still quiet. :(

@LREED, my acceptance package after acception on ontariocolleges was about a week and a half. Probably because of where I live:thankya:. But no it didnt say anything about that, more so closer to the starting date. You'll get a panflet for residence, a booklet, an invoice with 2011-2011 nursing fees and a little bookmark thing. And just more information aboout fees and financial assistance.

@Anastasia, dont worry everything will work out. I have faith in you ! Did they tell you what position on the waitlist that you were?

:w00t:I GOT IN!!!! I received my offer today for my first choice: the MOMAC RPN program - collab program between Mohawk/MacMaster. I am soooo excited. The wait was horribly painful - I won't know what to do with myself now. My first waking thought each morning was, "maybe today will be the day". Woohooo - I feel very proud and honoured just to be able to soon say I am a nursing student.

Congratulations :yeah:

I got accepted about a month ago to York's 2nd entry program. I am still waiting to hear back from Western, but in the meantime I accepted York's offer since the deadline was April 19th.

Just curious if you got into the MOMAC bridging program, MOMAC RN program or the Mohawk RPN program?

I got into the bridging, but have decided on the Conestoga/Mac. Thats where I did my RPN and it was great. However the RPN programs have nothing to do with the universities.

I got into Georgian College BScn Collab program for January 2012! :)

I have my pre-admissions test for humber's pre-nursing course may 30th! I'm nervous haven't done any Math or English in years and it wasn't my strong subjects, but I have a lot of A&P experience, so I'm hoping it helps a lot during school!
