Yuck!

I was always told that you will always remember the first bed bath you give. I, on the other hand, will always remember the second bed bath I gave.

I had a patient, 88 yof, who I was to give a bed bath. I went in, got everything set up and proceeded to start the bath. Before I could begin, she started to scratch her private area, which then turned into something else. My instructor, who was there to critique my bath, informed me to let her finish and come back later.

I went back into the room a few minutes later and noticed she was "finished", and asked her if she was ready for her bath. She stated that she was ready, but she had these "white crumbly things on her hands". Before I could say or do anything, she grabbed my arm and said "Here feel!"

I almost threw up on the spot!
