Womb

In the lobby of a hotel hosting an international conference on surgery, two doctors were talking.
The Indian surgeon said, "No, no, no. I am telling you it is 'Woomba!'"
The African surgeon said, "No, sir. It is Whoooommmm!'"
An English surgeon simply had to interrupt. "Excuse me, old chaps, but I do believe the word you are trying to say is pronounced, 'Womb.'"
As he walked away, the African turned to the Indian and said, "I'll bet you he's never even seen a hippopotamus, let alone heard one f*rt underwater!"
