Things that made me gasp

Any stories of situations that made you really uncomfortable, or just laugh it off! For me, it was when I was working in a school system, and I had to do a few physicals, which normally doesnt phase me, except that one of the kids happened to be the kid brother of my fiance! I was rather shall we say embarrased at first. To top it all off, he had an erection as soon as I said "drop em"! But alas, things that you remember. I wonder, do other women nurses get a chuckle afterwards at their patient's "hard" feelings. Post a story, I'd love to hear!
